ASEJ publikuje artykuły w trybie pełnego otwartego dostępu, co oznacza nieograniczone korzystanie i ponowne wykorzystywanie artykułów. Wszystkie artykuły są publikowane na licencji Creative Commons (CC BY-NC).
Od 1 stycznia 2023 r. Autorzy, których artykuły zostaną zakwalifikowane do publikacji, będą musieli uiścić jednorazową opłatę (APC) na pokrycie kosztów administrowania, recenzowania, profesjonalnej produkcji artykułów w formacie PDF i w innych formatach oraz i rozpowszechniania opublikowanych artykułów, w kwocie 700 zł/artykuł.
