AI-driven technologies, such as predictive maintenance, eco-design, and 3D printing, are examined for their ability to minimize waste and improve resource efficiency. The paper also discusses AI-powered digital platforms that enable resource sharing and renting, contributing to sustainable consumption patterns. By integrating AI with technologies like IoT and blockchain, businesses can further enhance transparency and efficiency in resource use. The article highlights both the socio-economic benefits and challenges of AI implementation, such as the potential for workforce displacement and energy-intensive AI systems. Through detailed case studies and practical applications, the paper provides valuable insights into how AI can facilitate the transition to a circular economy, ultimately reshaping industries and driving long-term sustainability. The research concludes that while AI offers immense potential, its successful implementation in circular models requires addressing technical, ethical, and regulatory challenges
